How to Log In

Open App or Portal
Launch the Royal X mobile app or visit the web app portal and click Login.

Enter Registered Credentials
Input your verified phone number (e.g. 03XXXXXXXXX) and account password.

2FA / SMS Check
If prompted on a new device, verify the 6-digit OTP code sent via SMS to access your dashboard.
Forgot Password & Login Troubleshooting
Issue 1: Forgot Password
Tap Forgot Password? on the login screen, enter your registered phone number, click Send Code, and enter the SMS OTP to create a new password.
Issue 2: SMS OTP Not Arriving
Ensure your phone has network signal, disable SMS blocking apps, or wait 60 seconds before requesting a resend code.
Issue 3: Account Locked
If you enter an incorrect password 5 times in a row, your account will temporarily lock for 15 minutes for security protection.
